What We Do

Areas of Practice

We have represented clients in both up and down markets and consider all facets of the real estate cycle when strategizing with our clients.

We work with developers planning to build everything from the next great skyscraper to a four-unit condominium, investors seeking to vet opportunities and entrepreneurs looking to raise capital, owners and managers leasing and operating real estate and tenants seeking to lease real estate, owners planning to transfer or liquidate real estate and related assets and investors seeking to acquire such assets, and borrowers and guarantors seeking to finance real estate transactions and developments of every kind and nature.

We handle virtually every type of corporate transaction related to real estate as well, including mergers, acquisitions, transfers of stock, shares, membership and partnership interests, syndications, participations and other interests, and formation and governance of investment vehicles, joint ventures and partnerships among entities that own or seek to own and/or develop or manage real estate and related assets.

We also provide outside general counsel services to several companies that own or lease real estate. In the event of a dispute relating to commercial real estate, we represent our clients in a number of different forums including mediation, arbitration, and litigation in state and federal courts. Our goal is to help our clients overcome obstacles, solve dilemmas, protect against risk and succeed in their ventures.
