We represent our clients in obtaining, negotiating and closing virtually every type of financing available for their projects. This includes mortgage and deed of trust financing (including CMBS and balance sheet loans), mezzanine financing, construction loans, bridge financing, letters of credit and credit lines. We represent both lenders and borrowers in a variety of other real estate finance transactions including purchase money loans, bond financing, intercompany and member loans, preferred equity financing and “hard money” financing.

In addition to traditional real estate financing, we assist our clients with raising capital for a variety of business ventures, including preparing and documenting unregistered securities offerings, private placements and convertible note offerings. We also represent our clients in business loan transactions of all sizes, from Small Business Association loans to large corporate credit facilities.
