Our litigation practice focuses mainly on real estate related disputes including breach of contract, commercial landlord/tenant matters, partner and shareholder disputes, foreclosure defense, construction litigation, mechanic’s lien enforcement and defense, RPAPL §881 proceedings, and easement and boundary disputes.

We are always conscious of the cost of litigation in terms of time and money and regularly strategize with our clients regarding priorities. We have represented our clients in a number of advantageous loan workouts and settlement agreements, while prosecuting and defending other matters throughout evidentiary hearings and trials to appeal to the highest applicable courts.
